Welcome to Wednesday’s Win - a Fantastic Fall Leaves card!
Today’s card is inspired by - the Inspired By leaves challenge #IB353 and the accompanying sketch!
Paired with the Time Out Challenge Your Favourite Season #TOC297 … Fall is definitely my favourite. I love all the changing colours, the warm days but cool nights for sleeping with windows open and that it’s crockpot season where it does all the work on dinner leaving me more time in the craft room!
And Tic Tac Toe challenge #tttc279 played the bottom row again with Metallic, Square and Embossing for the win.
I chose to pull out my retired French Filigree stamp set, colour palette of Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry and Crumb Cake, Rooted in Nature dies from Stampin’ Up! Current products are Forever Plaid embossing folder and Streaked Dots embellishments.
The squares in the sketch were a lot of fun! I made use of an extra black ice technique square and some of my Peaceful Garden DSP.
The black ice technique is so hard to capture on still shots so I took a little video to show off the sparkle and shine it offers to a card.

Crumb cake mat 5x3/4
The squares are top 11/2x21/4 and 11/4x11/4
Lower 11/2x11/2 and 11/2x13/4 and another 11/4x11/4
