Are all Whites the Same?

The biggest difference is definitely the size of the brush - Meet Me at the Chapel is perfect for French manicures and nail art while Lovee Dovee is for that full coverage manicure! 

However if you have the Creativity Set you can use the brushes within to make either one work for both by wither swapping for a larger flat brush for full coverage with Meet Me At the Chapel or the fine tip to do a French or nail art with Lovee Dovee OR you can be like me and just buy it all cause you have OCD issues with complete collections of things 🤣🤣🤣

Merry Christmas Manicure tutorial

 Love being a member of my GelMoment team -  the Golden Files!

For the number crunchers in the audience!

I am a frugal fanny ... but admittedly for years I have justified the expense of biweekly manicures because they were my reward for quitting smoking in 1999 and the Dr told me to choose something to do for myself with the money I would save so pretty nails served as both a reminder to not return to ugly nicotine fingers and were  an act of self care. 

 I honestly rationalized that they were cheaper than my cigarette habit was! But seeing the MATH laid out like this I am glad I found GelMoment this year!!! I have been going for 20 years to the salon - so my math is SCARY how much I have spent on pretty nails over the past two decades!!!

Cannot get enough of this new creative medium

When you are stuck at home due to Covid you start to go snaky! Over the last 10 months I have felt my mental health teetering due to the stress of not working, the stress of impacts of Covid on not seeing friends and family in person and the limited access to my normal 'self care' routines due to salons being either closed or the risk with my auto immune challenges being to great.

Finding GelMoment has been a godsend - I know that seems like an over extreme reaction - but it has combined both a little stress relief as a potential source of income AND much needed self care rituals in doing my own nails and having a creative outlet in the process! 

I am loving the Creativity kit - it is perfect for anyone who loves to get creative with their nails!

A huge shout to Guinevere at The Sand Bar for help with my holiday manicure this year - a fellow GelMoment sister now featuring the line in her home based nail salon here in London Ontario! This nail art was definitely a labour of love for Guinevere as it is so finely detailed it was not one of those quick '2 minute nail art' you pay big bucks for at the salon - it was carefully hand painted with so much attention to detail - I do not want to ever have to take it off!!!!
