Welcome to another edition of Clean & Simple Saturday - working on honing the less is more design philosophy. 

My final design was inspired by playing along to a few challenges:

CAS Colours & Sketches challenge #594 pretty colour palette of Peaceful Pine, Highland Heather, Bubble Bath.

Krafty Chicks Challenge - share a CAS card 

Getting inky with Winter Adventures Dies, Soiree Salutations stamps, Snowflake Adhesive backed gems, Triple Banner punch & Peaceful Pine, Highland Heather and Bubble Bath inks with blending brushes. White Gel pel.

 

Final design came together so beautifully - the soft blended strip of Highland Heather & Bubble Bath blending into a wee bit of white for snowy ground, two trees die cut and blended with Peaceful Pine. Scatter of clear snowflakes around the trees and an ombré sentiment with one word in each colour of my palette. Couple score lines either side of blending to frame my night sky. 

   

Nothing like a a snowy night forest scene for spreading some peace. hope. joy. this season!

AAA Cards Challenges #331 On the Farm pick 2 I opted for This Little Piggy for my Animal & Flowers in my DSP & the piggy’s holding a flower.

CAS Mix It Up challenge Stencilling over Patterned Paper.

Case-ing Tuesday sketches #579 sketch challenge.

Just Us Girls #JUG383 anything goes stencils - I’m using a DIY Bokeh stencil. 

Color Dare challenge - I have used all 4 colours with the Berry Blast, Barely Blush, Golden Glow and Old Olive inks and paper.

Krafty Chicks challenge Masculine 

Getting inky with This Little Piggy, Sunflower Fields DSP, Autumn Woodland glitter paper,   Berry Blast, Barely Blush, Golden Glow and Old Olive inks and unbranded gold twine.

Fun little ‘You Make Me Happy’ Piggy card for the man in my life.

Stampin’ Fancy Friday LETTERS challenge. I have used my alphabet and ornament dies to create the word JOY.

Another round of Time Out Challenge - pick 2 this. This time I have chosen a CAS design & monochrome colour blue.

Clean & Simple Cards for Beginners #saturdaychallenge32 blues. I’ve chosen Hydrangea Hue.

Getting inky with Festive Cheer bundle, Alphabet Al La Mode and Adhesive Backed Snowflakes coming in Septembers Online Exclusives. 

Another holiday card ready for the upcoming holiday season.

Welcome to another edition of Clean & Simple Saturday - still working at trying to hone those clean and simple design principles.

Todays design was inspired by playing along to a couple challenges:

Freshly Made Sketches #FMS748 I used a cluster of florals in place of the 3 circles. 

Time Out Challenge #TOC319 - pick 2 - over achiever that I am CAS design & Floral focal point & Birthday Best Wishes sentiments & Geometric stripes & polka dots

And a new one Krafty Chicks Challenge - birthday #832 Best Wishes sentiment.

I’m getting inky with Artisan Sketched Garden DSP, blackberry Bliss, Highland Heather and Granny Apple Green blends, antique pearls and unbranded silver twine.

Think I got an ‘almost” clean and simple criteria with this one -  tried to keep my cluster contained in the bottom corner with a bit of subtle score lines up the side.
