Gangs all Meer

Love how this Gangs All Meer cased card turned out! A huge thank you to whomever designed the original idea I have seen so many versions on Pinterest I do not know who the original kudos for the genius goes to!

The blending of the sunset with the Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze inks is stunning! 

And than the Meerkats are stamped - are they not so darling?

Than they are colored in with the Basic Black Stamp write marker.

I felt this was the perfect stamp choice to help celebrate my fiends big 5-0 with the 5 little Meerkats representing each one of us BFF and the sunset background my friends love of nature and outdoors  💕 

I created a custom sentiment for it in Word and printed that out on Whisper White cardstock  and than helped it coordinate with smaller stamps from the Gangs all Meer stamp set.

Outside the Box - Paper Pumpkin Scrapbook Edition

OK - if you've been following along with Decembers Inside and Outside the box posts than this is the final way of how you can use your Paper Pumpkin to play outside the box ... I just LOVE how far I have been able to stretch my box so far. I have made the 3 card designs that came in the box, I created 3 more card designs with some add bases from my stash plus playing with my stash and than I made the right hand side of my coordinating layout below using the remaining card bases I dissected from the box and some add on products from my stash.  Plus I still have 6 cards based and coordinating envelops left in my paper Pumpkin box to play with at future date!

The right side page was inspired by a challenge by the Scrapbook Nerds and Friends group on Facebook designed by the lovely Milena! I used my Lily pad stamp, dies and coordinating designer series paper from the Sale-abration as well as some leftover strips of card base and embellishments from the December Paper Pumpkin.

The second pocket page was inspired as my desire to use up the remnants from my 3 'outside the box' Paper Pumpkin cards and than because I have crafting OCD and need my left and right page to coordinate I crossed over design features with some add on from the Lily Pad stamps, dies and coordinating designer series paper!

Together I think they are just stunning .... next I need to get off my butt and print my actual gardening photos and add them to complete my project but I was too excited to share them. Yes I tend to often scrapbook backwards to other people as I wait to print my photos until my design is finished so I know what size I want them to be! So these photos will be 2x3 in size to allow me to show off lots of gardening photos from our first attempt at a vegetable garden this past summer!

 If you ever wanting someone to crop with I offer a mini crop the last Sunday of each month - would love to have you come out and join the craft table!
