Kits, Kits, everywhere Kits!

Our NEW Kits Collection is an exclusive collection of choreographed, all-inclusive kit products curated and created for the new customer and beginner crafter! This collection is unique because it was designed with the beginner crafter in mind. Its intent is to inspire creative confidence and introduce new crafters to the joy, simplicity, and fun of creating with Stampin’ Up! Not only does it give you a taste of what Stampin' Up! is all about, especially if customers join with others to share a creative experience using the kits via a girls night in person or virtually, but it also allows you to enjoy some relaxing fun in a low-stress environment.

Of course, kits can also be completed outside of a gathering for those who like to craft on their own, and we know that more than just beginner crafters will love them too.

This type of kit is perfect for those who . . .

  • Value creative and social experiences more than specific projects or products
  • Have limited time or space and would not be interested in collecting products to support a hobby.
  • Don’t consider themselves to be creative.

Kits Contents: Product Details
  • Each kit contains:
    • Card bases & pre-cut pieces: Most card bases are pre-printed to create a beautiful look with less work; in part, this is why the cardstock is not the same cardstock offered in a regular catalog. It also allows us to keep kit costs low.
    • Adhesives: Adhesives included vary based on the project.
    • Stamps: The stamps in our stamping kits are photopolymer. This allows a new stamper to see where they are stamping, and that helps inspire creative confidence.
    • Clear block: All stamping kits include a clear block. It is thinner than a catalog block, has rounded corners, and measures 2-7/8" x 2-11/16".
    • Stampin’ Spots: A Stampin’ Spot is a small ink pad. This size of ink pad is perfect because, again—this is an “experience in a box” so fits perfectly and many beginners may not want to collect large amounts of crafting supplies.
Low price point
  • Stamping Kits
    Price: $19.00 USD | $26.00 CAD
  • Non-Stamping Kits
    Price: $12.00 USD | $16.00 CAD

Important note: tax and shipping not included and varies by region shipping to

Benefit: The affordable price allows for low-cost entry to try the Stampin’ Up! experience, low risk investment, and they offer a great price point for gifting.

Self-contained

Everything fits in one box.

Benefit: You don’t need a lot of space or supplies to enjoy a creative experience. Kits are also portable so they can go where you do!

Not a subscription

Benefit: You can choose the kit(s) that appeal most to you, thus reducing uncertainty. It also allows a creative experience without the commitment of a subscription.

Alternative Treat Bag

When you think “Outside the Box” with the Paper Pumpkin you can make use of features that you think you might not use into things you WILL - so this is an example of how you can turn the treat bag into a card if you’re more inclined to use a card than a treat bag!

I carefully cut the seams with my craft knife and than trimmed it up on edges and to the size desired. The photo light never catches the gorgeous foiling properly but it is a lovely shimmering delight!

Current Paper Pumpkin subscribers are invited to bring their kits along come play with their box at January’s kit class ... those wanting to check out Paper Pumpkin without the subscription are invited to come play with one of my kits - check out the event page on my website for more class details!

Paper Pumpkin Outside the Box cards

Two cute cards created from 1 card base and a couple kit embellishments from January's 'Bee Ours' Paper Pumpkin kit.

I used the Heart pack punch duo to punch the two  hearts from the centre of the front and back of the 3x3 card base and than used my mini paper cutter to carefully cut the two parts of base apart along the crease and than shaved off a wee bit from the white side of base to create two different layered looks for the cards!

Than I used the mint macaroon and coordinating rose rococo inks to stamp images from stamp set. Plus the Blends are perfect for colouring rhinestones to create coordinating gems for any project 💕

I also reused my Hey, Friend sentiment stamp set from the Something for Everything December Kit - the Paper Pumpkin kits can be used over and over again and are a great way to build your stamp collection!

Card Swap fun

Quiet sho ebox swap tonight as a couple of the ladies couldn’t make it but still came home with 3 lovely cards plus my own 💕

If you don’t know what a shoebox swap is it’s kinda like a Christmas cookie exchange but with greeting cards and you just bring the ingredients everyone gets to bake their own card 🤣

I love shoebox swaps cause I design and prep materials for one card for everyone to make and come now with 6-8 different cards for my stash depending how many of us are around the table!

Plus it’s a chance to play with stamp sets or tools I might not have yet so kinda play before you pay option!

Cute little card featuring the Abstract Impressions stamp set  - a nice quick 'watercolor' look to the image without the mess! Paired with the Hexagon embossing folder for a nice bit of texture!

This card featured the In Every Season combined with the Rooted in Nature set for a nice quick and simple any occasion card!
I just love the Happy Tails bundle ... it makes quick and cute cards for the animal lover in your life!

This lovely design from Jenny uses a now retired thinlit set that for the life of my I cannot remember but it is stunning layered together like this to create a hydrangea inspired card!

Have an amazing day!

Sensational Polished Stone

I love mixed media - there is something extra therapeutic about creating with the messy mediums! So this class was right up my alley!

These are the samples of the 3 cards we made tonight for class!

Just love the amazing color combo options! For our reference card we used the Rich Razzleberry and Powdered Pink!

The Dandelion Wishes are an amazing stamp set - and this sample is a perfect example of why you need to stamp gentle and to not 'push' a stamp set too hard otherwise even a season stamper whose rushing along can get ink where they do not want it!

For our next card we did some purples and blues together. Plus we embossed with our image before adding our color to help with potential color placement choices.
I just love now these colors pair so nicely with Dragonfly Dreams stamp set - one of my all time favorite bundles from Stampin' Up!

The still does not do it justice so here is a little video that showcases how the 'glitter' in the embossing powder is just stunning!

For our final card of the night we paired the Lovely Lipstick with the Grapefruit Grove from the current in colors with the Crackle Background stamp and the Lovely Lattice from Salabration for an amazing Floral card that was just stunning!

Another twist on this technique that we did not have time to actually do AT class but that I showcased just to show those who would like to play at home - Polished Stone with a Bleach twist!

Using a selection of Fall inspired colors and the stamp set Colorful Season with the Grapefruit Grove foil paper from Saleabration - this created a stunning combo to showcase this techique. So you start off doing the Polished Stone technique as normal but than once dry you go back in with a little bit of bleach and a paint brush and 'bleach out' the color from areas you would like - so in this case I bleached out the leaves!

Resulting in a stunning card which the still does not capture so here is a little bit of video to show how the rainbow effects of the foil paper just make the background technique pop!

Card classes currently occur the last Thursday of the month. They are great for new and experienced cardmakers alike. Each month we try a new technique or product out and you get to make a sample reference card to have directions to make more at home if you like and than we make two projects featuring the technique or product. For the avid papercrafter you can create for free with a $35 order  of Stampin Up product the night of class to help build your collection  OR if you are just wanting to try paper crafting out or have a good size stash and are just wanting inspiration you can create with cash and carry for $10 cash.

Have an amazing day!

Embossing with a Twist Class

Love this card technique from our January Card class might!
It really adds a nice texture to your paper crafting project!

We created the Reference card practice sample using the Love You To Pieces stamp set and coordinating die bundle! Rich Razzleberry and black are such a striking color combo!

For the first card we used the dies from Lift Me Up bundle using the Up Up and Away Thinlits to create a lovely monochrome white on white with a black accent and sentiment.

For the final project of the class we showcased the Painted Glass bundle dies with the My Story sentiments from Saleabration  and the Taylored punch.
