Aerial Yoga ~ Studio B Fitness
So in an effort to get more active I have started heading back to the gym 4 days a week for aqaufit and walking the other 3 days however as I get stronger I am wanting to add something 'more' to my weekly routine to give me variety ~ so when the Women at Play event calendar had some Aerial Yoga on the play date schedule hosted by the Studio B Fitness here in London I thought HMMM now that looks awesome maybe I will dust off the old yoga mat and sign up to try that!

Only problem ~ my yoga mat has been rolled up in a ball in the laundry room for a LONG time now and the thought of putting my face on it not so appealing! So thank goodness doTERRA comes to the rescue with this awesome little DIY yoga mat spray!

Please note that not all yoga mats are created equal ~ please test  your mat by spraying on a back surface to ensure that the witch hazel or vinegar will not cause the plastic to break down or color to bleed off.

Have an amazing day!
